Can anyone tell me why QB has taken away the "site address" box when creating an invoice?

I want to ensure this is taken care of, @BOT67.

Do you mean the location or the billing address? If so, I've seen it here on my end. You may be experiencing some browser hiccups. We'll perform some basic troubleshooting to fix it.

Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best spot to isolate web issues.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can see the site address using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. We advise our users to delete them now and then to prevent and fix issues like this.

However, if the same thing happens, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Additionally, you'll want to create attractive and professional-looking invoices in QuickBooks Online. With this, you can personalize and add specific info that matters most to your business.
