Slow Customer Entry

Anyone else noticed the delay in entering new customer details from the Add customer window within an invoice.


It's painfully slow and can take up to 5-10 seconds for the fields to populate. It's the same on multiple PC's and this one is one I'm using at the moment is one of the fastest on the market so it's not the PC's

Hi mdj101, we're not aware of any specific latency issue with this - if you have a large volume of customer contacts, this may take slightly longer than usual to load. To troubleshoot further, please see our guide with tips to improve performance in QBO. 👩‍💻

We don't have that many customers. Just a hundred or so, So it's not that.
