Small reporting problem

Hi,

 

I've been using Quikbooks for over 2 years now, mostly on my Android tablet. It's made life a lot easier, but lately I've noticed that it doesn't seem to be logging in my income from the small business I use it for, even though my business bank account is linked to it? 

 

Has anyone else had this issue? What's the best way to fix it?

It's my priority to help your account to have your income transaction recorded in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), Simon. 

 

When the application is not fully functional, performing the recommended basic troubleshooting steps will resolve the issue. First, clear the app's cache files. Doing so helps in fixing any sort of errors in the system. Here’s how to do that:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Hit Refresh.

 

If you're still unable to log in to Income after resetting, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then logging back into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account and see if it rectifies the issue.
