Hello, @kieran_playfair. I see you're having trouble creating and sending invoices. To look into this for you, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team who can securely access and examine your account.

Here's how you can connect with our team:
 

  1. Open your company account.
  2. Select the Help (?) icon at the top.
  3. Go to the Search tab, enter your issue, and it will activate the Contact Us button.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Choose to either get a Callback or Chat with a live expert. Note the support hours listed.

In addition, After receiving a payment from a customer, its important to mark the invoice as paid otherwise it will show as unpaid in your reports.  For more details, see this guide: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks.
