Hello all,

I'm having issues submitting my clients CT600. my submission keeps coming back as 'unsuccessful'

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I'm following the steps that are listed on QB web and it's still not working.

my credentials are all on the system. the CT600 looks correct, I have no errors. I have converted CT600 pdf in to xhtml. I'm unsure of what else to do.

Spoken to QB help, they weren't able to help

Spoken to HMRC, they were not able to give explanation of an error code, but logged the call and I'm still waiting to hear back from them

Thank you

Reda V.
