I am both self employed and have a small business do I have to subscribe to both to use all the software. For example I am VAT registered so need MTD software but I also want the mileage calculator

Good Morning NettyG,

 

The small business package will be the best package for you for MTD, You can manually enter Mileage by creating a service and an expense account and then creating an expense at the moment.However mileage tracking is coming to QuickBooks Online soon,more information can be found here
