App in iOS still showing my invoices are” not sent” when they have actually been sent. PLEASE sort it out . You are a nightmare of a company to deal with!

I'll share insights about sending invoices in QuickBooks Online to ensure they go through and your clients can receive them.

 

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation where customers, like you, have been having problems in sending invoices. Rest assured that our engineering team is aware and they're in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

While we're unable to provide the exact turnaround time as to when this problem will be fixed, let's consider downloading a copy of invoices and manually sending them using your email outside QuickBooks.

 

If you haven't yet, I also recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. With their tools, you can work with one of our specialists in creating a ticket linked to the said investigation to receive updates via your email on file. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a few words describing how the invoices are undelivered and the others are sent to unrelated emails of your customers in the What can we help you with? text area.
  5. Choose Chat or Callback to connect with our specialists online.
