Not to worry, @Nikki56. I'm determined to ensure everything is updated and reporting accurately.

First, let's make sure that the data pulled up from your Homepage is within the year 2020-2021. You can select either This year or Last year.

If you have the correct information showing from your Homepage, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache. Outdated cache files in your web browser can cause the program not to respond properly. We can clear them in just a few easy steps.

Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. If your subscription is still active, your data should remain available. Also, make sure to select the correct company.

You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If you're not getting any bank issues, I recommend that you clear its cache. By clearing them, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

I'm also linking this article about how to use reports to fill in your tax return: Tax Summary.

Please come back and fill me in if you need further assistance in getting the tax information you need. I'm always here to help.
