The Amex link still isn't working.My support ticket was closed even the though the issue still persists.ETAs and updates have stopped.What’s going on?Mark

Hi @MrComputing.

 

I know how much time you've waited to get this resolved. Although your support ticket was closed, our engineers have found a fix and it's ready for deployment. For now, our engineers are diligently working with Amex to get the platform ready prior to rollout.

 

In the meantime, I suggest checking your email since they will be rolling out a new update for this week.

 

You can also consider uploading your transactions to QuickBooks Online to keep your books updated.
