The link to pay by cc or PayPal link not working, customers keep getting unexpected error for a few days now?

We currently have an open investigation regarding this specific issue you mentioned.

 

Although we don't have a workaround available at the moment, what I can suggest is to contact our Technical Support team for help. They can add you to the list of our affected users. This way, you'll receive a notification email whenever an update becomes available. For an easy reference, you can provide them this investigation number: INV-39045.

 

Here's how you can contact them:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.

You can rest assured that our product engineers are working hard to get this feature up and running again, as soon as possible.
