The mileage app has disappeared from my app and I am no longer getting tacked mileage expenses. Does anyone know why this might have happened?

I know how convenient it is to track mileage on the go using the QuickBooks app. I've got some troubleshooting instructions to verify if the app's data is causing this odd behavior.

There are times when the QuickBooks app has a lot of data which may cause some transactions or features to be missing. Resetting it to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state can fix this unusual behavior.

If you're using an iOS, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
2. Tap Refresh Data.
3. Click Refresh to confirm.

Otherwise, refer to this instruction for Android:

1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
3. Click YES to confirm.

After that, see if the Mileage feature is visible again on the app. You can also check if it's working.
