The mileage being recorded on my QB phone app is not syncing with QBO?

I'm here to make sure you'll be able to get the mileage trips in the QuickBooks mobile app to sync in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

You'll have to make sure your phone’s location permissions are set to Allow all the time options. Then, the physical activity permission is also set to Allow option.

 

Here's how to turn on the feature:

 

  1. Open the app, then go to the Mileage menu.
  2. Select Auto-tracking to turn it on.
  3. If you're setting up tracking for the first time, select Allow and then Allow all the time. This lets the app run on your device in the background.

Then, once you reached your destination, you'll have to review and categorize your trip
