The mileage tracker shortcut has gone from my QB application, along with other shortcuts like snap receipt ?

Most of the time, the app often keeps a cache to speed up your experience while performing your tasks. Once it's full, your system may experience odd behaviors, like missing or cannot access some shortcut features. Moreover, it can also be caused by an outdated app. With these in mind, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix these issues.

We can begin by refreshing the data within the app or from the settings menu on your mobile app. This reinvigorates the application to remove the older cache that causes this odd behavior.

For Android:

1. Go to Menu ☰ then click the Gear icon.
2. Select Refresh Data.
3. Tap Yes.

For iOS:

1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
2. Tap Refresh Data.
3. Select Refresh.
   

If the same issue shows, I suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling the mobile app. It'll let us use the app on a clean slate. The steps below will show you how.

1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
3. Select Yes to confirm.
