The recipient name deletes when I add work to the invoice

I am trying to invoice for some materials for a new customer on QB Self Employed, I have input the Recipient name and email address.  When I try to add work to the invoice it deletes the recipient name and email address.  Its driving me crazy

To rule out the possibility of a cache issue on the browser, I'd be grateful if you could access QuickBooks via an incognito/private browsing window or clear the cache on the browser you're using following our guide here before entering the invoice.
