The "View reminders" link does not work in Tasks on the Dashboard

I have just migrated from QB Desktop Pro to QB Online and am setting up recurring transactions. I want to be able to see those I have set to 'reminder' when I log in. 

Tasks on the Dashboard tells me to 'View reminders', but the link does not work.

 

I use Chrome. 

I have cleared caches and cookies and restarted my desktop but it still doesn't work in Chrome.

I have tried an incognito window and it works OK. 

 

Please, does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you for letting me know about the troubleshooting steps you've done, I've appreciate it. You can create a recurring transaction in QuickBooks Online manually. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Recurring Transactions under the Lists column.
  2. Click the New button and select the Transaction type drop-down icon and choose what kind of transaction.
  3. Enter the necessary details.
  4. Once done, click Save template.
