I have waited patiently. I have clicked update. I have re-authorised the connection. I have fully disconnected and then re-linked the account. (The Co-operative Bank Business Banking.)
I cannot wait indefinitely and am now seriously considering my accountant's advice, which is to switch to Xero, as this isn't the first time I've been left high and dry by QuickBooks.
