Toggle between Premier Accountant and Pro

We run Quickbooks Premier Accountant desktop and are agents for the majority of our VAT clients.

We have four who want to keep their login themselves (but are happy for us to do the work and file the return once they have approved the figures. ) Up until last month we were able to toggle to Pro from Premier Accountants to use their login for MTD, but it now will not let us do that. Any ideas please?

Hello SpaBK, 

 

Could you try going to the settings of your computer and reach add or remove programs, find quickbooks, click uninstall and then click repair. Also I would advise ringing into desktop phone support they will be able to up a screen share and have a look into this issue with you. the number to call is 0808 168 9535.
