Transaction Edit and other links not working
Hi. I've had three webchats with three different Experts now, and my problem still isn't resolved.
I use Chrome browser as recommended but have this problem in Edge and in Incognito.
When I click on Edit a transaction, nothing happens. When I click on Account and Settings, nothing happens.
I've cleared the history/cookies/cache/data several times. It will work once after that.
I've allowed popups for QBO in Chrome settings.
I've signed out and back in.
I've turned my PC off and on again.
I've updated my browser.
I've tried it on my Chromebook - same result.
I've tried it on my phone (android) and it does work, but that's no use.
I'm tired of explaining it over and over to Experts - anybody got any ideas please?
