transaction screen has not updated since december 2019, have been using quickbooks for 9 months without any problems.

Hi @Mike Arbont,

 

I'd suggest for you to check for any error messages that you see when you access the Transactions page.

 

If there's none, let's go through these steps:

  1. Unexpected behaviors on browsers are usually caused by stored cache. To isolate this, open your browser's private window. This disables cache and browsing history. 
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  2. If that works, go back to  your regular browser, and clear its cache.
  3. If the issue persists, open an alternative browser.

I have the same problem. QB will not download transactions from HAndelsbankemn. How did you get it to work again...? I have called "support" several times and they are USELESS...?!

I have now tried clearing the cache, and also tried logging in on TWO other browsers ... Chrome, Safari and Firefox now... Nothing works.... it simply will not download transactions, even though it clearly connects as I have to enter responses from my Keypad.

Every time I call "support" the girl says they are "working on it as fast as they can" ... Well, they have been "working " at it for six weeks now ... and nothing has happened...

I have checked with Handelsbanken, and they assure me that there is no error at their end.

Just wondering how long I leave it before using a different accounting package which actually works.
