Hi what would I class grant money from The Prince's Trust as on the transaction categories?

If this is a regular income stream, set up a new Account (in Chart of Accounts).

It needs to be an Income account. Perhaps Income>Other Primary Income, if that fits, or Other Miscellaneous Income?

Select NO VAT as the default VAT Code (or leave blank & enter NO VAT on each transaction).
