Transfer from QuickBooks Online to Desktop Pro

I transferred from QuickBooks Online to Desktop Pro. Only one of my bank accounts transferred. How do I get the other bank account to Desktop?

Hello Twin54, Thanks for reaching out to the Community! The bank account you are referring to is that the bank account connection from Online or the bank account chart of account itself that has not transferred to Desktop pro?

It is the bank account from Quickbooks Online.  I have 3 banks on Online, but only one transferred to my desktop and chart of accounts.

Let me share some information on why not all online banking is transferred to your QuickBooks Desktop.
 

When converting QBO to QBDT, there are limitations you need to consider. One of these limitations is Online banking.

  • Bank and credit card accounts set up for online banking in QuickBooks Online will lose their connections.
  • Bank rules don’t convert.
  • Reconnect your bank or credit card accounts to continue downloading transactions.
