trf data from desktop to online

Hi

Having problems moving from desktop to online. Telling me i need to upgrade and suspect the problem is an error on an upgrade file itself #12007. stuck so any advice appreciate.

Hi elaine10, thanks for posting on the Community - which version of desktop are you transferring from, and are you completing the migration via Movemybooks? 🧐

Using "export company file to quickbooks online". It keeps telling me i need to upgrade.

I attempt to do this but it says nothing new is download except for the File Doctor which says error #12007

i'm using Desktop Pro 2019 Release R10P. Currently circles no idea or the time on how to solve the error

Thanks Elaine, it's no longer possible to migrate in-product between UK desktop and UK online accounts - instead, you would need to use the Movemybooks conversion software. We've partnered with them to provide transfer of the most recent two years of data for free; additional years can be purchased if required. We're also building a tool that will allow users to access Desktop data in a read-only format post discontinuation in June 2023, and we'll be emailing further information on this in the coming months.
