Try Modern View

In transaction report - pop-up "Try Modern View" and cannot do anything at all - look at, ignore it, scroll down the screen, refresh, or go back. 
I would just like to review the transaction report.

I'll share troubleshooting steps to help fix the problem of the report, @phased. This way, you can review and categorize the transaction report in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Sometimes, too much cache build-up in your regular browser can cause unexpected behavior in the product. With this, I'd recommend logging your account through incognito. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue. 

 

Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below: 

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

Once logged in, re-run the transaction report to verify if it's already performing well. If it works, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache.
