Trying to post bank bill payments, but it wont let me post anything. It keeps saying Unexpected Internal Error. (-32124)

The best method for handling unexpected errors in QuickBooks Online is to try accessing your account on a private window and print the deposit from there. This helps verify if the problem has something to do with your browser.

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, post bank bill payments again. If you're able to do so without any errors, you'll need to switch back to the main browser to clear the cache. You can also try using other browsers to isolate browser-related issues.

If the error persists, you can contact our Support Team to check your account in a safe environment. Also, they can file an investigation if necessary.

1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us. 
2. Type in the description box that you need help with your 1099 reports, then select Continue.
3. Click Let's talk. 
4. Select Get a callback or Chat.
