Trying to set up account, but error message -90 appears when I try to save?

I'm trying to edit company details and on any field the error message appears and I cannot save?

This error could be a browser-related issue, jo-partridge-liv.

 

The outdated stored cache can affect the performance of QuickBooks Online. I'd recommend editing the company details via a private window to resolve this.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

If it works, I'd suggest clearing the browser's cache to improve the program's performance. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.
