Unable to log on

Hi

On attempting to  login to qbo on my laptop I immediately get the message ''There was an issue on our end. Please try again '' I cannot  even get as far as entering my user name and password. I have cleared my cookies and cache but issue persists. Am using windows 10 with edge.

Hi ropemckenna-gmai Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. We'd be grateful if you can attempt to login using an incognito/private window. If this doesn't resolve the issue try an alternative browser and in the event this doesn't resolve the issue try, to eliminate the possibility that the issue is network related, use a mobile device on 4/5G, not WIFI, using a browser, not the app.
