Unable to reconnect to cooperative business account. No error messages other than were sorry we can't connect right now!!!

Also noticedfor some strange reason balance is showing in dollars??

We understand how hard this is for you when connecting your bank account to download your online transactions, countryhireandgo.

 

I've checked our records and there's an open investigation where customers can't connect their Co-operative Bank (UK) Business Banking in QuickBooks Online. Rest assured our engineers are working together on the permanent fix. In this case, it would be best to contact our Customer Support Team to add you to the list of affected users. They'll send you an email notification once there's an update on this issue. Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Go to Help (?) at the top right.
  2. In the QuickBooks Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  3. Go to Search and hit Contact Us to reach out to our support team.
  4. Select Start a Message to start a chat with a support expert. Live chat is available Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 10 PM, and Sat-Sun 8 AM to 6 PM.

 

In the meantime, we can manually upload your bank transactions. Before you can upload it, we'll need to make sure the data is in the correct format.
