Updating Quickbooks to latest version

I have QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2020.

On the update website Release notes for QuickBooks Desktop 2020 (intuit.com) it says there are versions R11, and R14, and i am on R8, however whenever i try to update from Quickbooks, nothing happens.

Now obviously with the retirement of internet explorer, i can't access the help site, so need the R14 version, so i tried to manually download the version, but again only version R8 downloads.

Can QuickBooks please fix this.
