Hello community. Is it possible to upgrade from Quickbooks 2014 to Quickbooks 2023?Please note on the help column there is no upgrade option just the update option is available.My company need to be on QB 2022/23 but its been an impossible mission so far.
Anyone to help me howa to go about it.

We can convert data from QB Desktop UK version to QB Desktop US version. We can downgrade data from QB Desktop Enterprise to QB Desktop Pro/Premier. We can convert data from QB Desktop UK to QBO South Africa version. Are you saying that we are simply providing false information here?
Hello Fait Lux, they may be able to, but we would highly not ever recommend doing this, we know its South Africa to US and they don’t deal with VAT to HMRC however taxes is all different as each QuickBooks version is designed especially for that version and regain that is why we do not recommend using a different counties version of QuickBooks as it will not be designed for the country they are in.
