Upload pdfs of sales invoices to transactions

I have been given the task of uploading individual pdf copies of our sales invoices to matching transactions but am unable to find a way of doing this.  Can someone please help.

Hi Mags Young, thanks for joining the QB Community 🙂

 

It's currently only possible to upload and match expense receipts and bills in QuickBooks Online, however, you can add the PDF document directly to the sales invoice by opening this (navigate to sales > invoices > click the pencil icon on the invoice to edit) and click on the attachment icon to browse and select the file on your computer.
