User Permission on QB Desktop
I am having a really hard time with this.
I have created a user to whom I want to give full access EXCEPT deleting transactions.
When I do this, the user cannot ATTACH files!!!
There is only the option " Allow users to have the ability to change or delete transactions"
I don't want them to be able to change or delete BUT i DO want them to be able to ATTACH files to invoices they create!!!!
This is completely beyond my undestanding - don't people want to be able to allow others (employees) to create invoices/bills etc and ATTACH the invoices/bills themselves but have control in that it will not allow those persons to DELETE transactions???
