Every time I log into Quick Books it asks for a code, despite my switching off 2 step authentication. This is now an annoyance!!! I am also not happy about QB pushing 3rd party vendors which create a black space over information I need on my invoices.  I have also turned off advertising, still QB is desperately trying to get me to use paypall.  Not on QB!!!

Hi Leo1,

 

We'll usually only request the MFA code once when signing-in on a new browser or device. Are you switching between devices or browsers regularly? 

 

It may also be worth checking your internet settings, if you have the option to automatically clear cache and cookies on the browser when closing down then this will cause any stored data to be lost meaning you'll need to enter this security information again when logging in. 

 

For the 3rd party apps, are you referring to the payment options which appear when creating a new invoice?
