View Invoice link

Customers are not able to view their invoice, when they click on the View Invoice link, the screen view changes to display the green circle and "Processing" - the same happens if they click on the Download or Print option - and the green circle just continues endlessly

Let me provide you information about this, Jorimo99.

 

There's an ongoing issue about not being able to view the invoice when clicking the link. Our engineers are working to get this fixed. 

 

As a workaround, you can try modifying the invoice by sending a customer reminder about the impacted invoice. Then, ask them to open the invoice to check if they'll be able to view it.

 

In the meantime, I recommend contacting our support team to add you to the affected list of users. Here's how to reach them.

  1. Enter or say “Talk to a human.”
  2. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.
