I'm sorry to hear you are closing your business. Let me guide you on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and transfer the data you need to your client, info1850.

You can close your account by following the steps below. Before doing so, I'd recommend printing the forms and reports that you might need in the future. Here's how to close your account:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.

You can receive an email that confirms the cancellation of your account. If you purchased your subscriptions from iTunes or Google Play, please see this article on how to cancel your account. Once canceled, you'll have one-year read-only access to your data. To know more about what happens to your QuickBooks Online data after you end your QuickBooks Online subscription, visit this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

Then, you can export your data so you still have a copy and send them to your client. To export data and list, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then select Export data under Tools.
  2. On the Reports tab, pick the desired date range.
  3. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  4. Hit Export to Excel.

For Reports:

  1. Click Reports on the left side.
  2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
  3. Hit the Export icon at the top of the report.
  4. Tap Export to Excel.

For the detailed steps, check out these articles below.

Also, you can utilize our QuickBooks App store, which provides continuous back to your data. For more information, browse through this article: Export Data out of QuickBooks Online.

This should point you in the right direction. Keep me posted on how it goes after performing the steps as I want to make sure this is taken care of. You have a good one.
