We are getting the following error message from our HSBC conection: Something unexpected happened and we couldn't connect to your bank. Try again in a few hours. (0000)

Hello Emma, 

 

Can you try some trouble shooting, clear your cache and cookies, try in an incognito window/private window> log into quickbooks and try connect the bank again, 

 

let us know if you still experience issues after that.
