We couldn't fetch your time. When clicking "Sync with Quickbooks Time" get the above error message

I'm here to help you with your concern. You may consider logging into the Tsheets website and launch QuickBooks from there. Then, select the Sign in with Intuit button. 

 

Once done, click on QB Payroll located on the header and click Import to sync the data. Select the Launch QuickBooks to check if it has synced successfully.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend using an incognito window when syncing the information of Tsheets and QuickBooks. 

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Hold down  + Option + P
