You'll probably have to give a better explanation of what you're trying to achieve.

It's not entirely clear what you mean by sub-folders but I'm going to assume you're referring to  products & categories.

You can have Categories, Sub-Categories & Products.

How you best arrange these, for selling dresses, is something you should give some thought to.

Do you have Style>Colour>Size or Size>Style>Colour or, etc., etc.

It probably doesn't matter for reporting purposes but one option might work better for you.
