I can share some information regarding the error you're getting and help you sort this out, @green-onions.

I'll take care of this at the soonest moment. This way, you can successfully register your new bank card without a moment's delay.

Error Code 81624 means that the payment authorization failed. This error usually occurs when you enter an invalid address or information doesn't match with the financial institution. To settle this, you need to ensure everything is correct. You might want to coordinate with your card provider to verify the details.

Please note that you can pay for your subscription with Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express, and even set up Direct Debit.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can do screen sharing to determine exactly what's going on and investigate further.

Do the following:

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us.
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk.
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat.
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
