Question

When I click on the new Mileage Download icon nothing happens. Tried on Safari and Chrome. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello Cordelia,

 

 

Currently only the Master Admin of the account can have access to the Mileage tab. 

 

Please verify if you are the Master Admin by going to the Gear icon > Manage users and checking the user type displayed here.

Hi,

I’m the Master User and the Mileage tab works ok. I’m using it to record my mileage already.

 

But I can’t download the mileage entered as the download icon doesn’t do anything when clicked.  It’s just this icon as the import icon next to it works fine.

Hey Cordelia,

 

Thanks for clarifying and my apologies for missing the initial issue.

 

We currently have a raised investigation for the unresponsive mileage export button which our engineers are working to resolve. 

 

At present there is no workaround however I have linked your account to this investigation so that you will be notified automatically via email when the fix is deployed.
