When i send a purchase order and cc someone in for some reason they are now not getting a copy of tghe purchase order. How do i reset it

The option to send a Copy (Cc) of your Purchase order to someone isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can only send a copy to your own email. Here's how.

In your QBO account:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and settings 
3. Go to the Expenses tab.
4. Click the Messages section.
5. Put a check inside the box beside the Email me a copy at field. 
6. Once done, click Save and then Done.

However, the option to send a Copy (Cc) to someone's email is only available when sending an invoice. Let me show you how.

In your QBO account:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. Go to the Sales tab.
4. Click the Messages section.
5. Add the email address under the Copy (Cc) new invoice to address field. 
6. Click Save then Done.
