When I send a reminder with a persnal message and CC myself there is No Message in the Email - Just a default reminder

There are two possible causes why you're receiving a blank email in QuickBooks:

• The CC email box is unchecked or the sales form selected is incorrect.
• Browser-related issues due to stored cache in your browser.

First, let's ensure to enable the CC email checkbox. To do that:

1. Click the Gear icon, and then choose Account and settings.
2. Select the Sales menu, and then go to the Reminder section.
3. Make sure to check the Email me a copy at [email] box.
4. Click Save, and then Done.
   

Then, let's ensure to enter the message info and use the correct template and for your reminder email. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Gear icon, and then select Recurring transactions.
2. Choose the correct sales form template.
3. Select Edit to review the templates created, and then click Customise.
4. Go to the Email tab, and then make sure to enter the message detail on the reminder email section.
5. Click Done.
   

If the same thing happens, then this can be due to your browser's outdated internet files. Thus, causing unusual QuickBooks responses. I have another set of steps to help fix this.

To start, let's sign in to your account using a private window or an incognito since it doesn't store any cache in the system. Here are the useful shortcut keys you can use to access one:

• Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome.
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
• Command + Shift + N for Safari.

Once done, please perform the same steps above. If you're able to do it, please go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This helps to refresh and restore the default setup of the browser.

If the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser instead.
