When I try to add a new expense an error message stops me and says “please choose a template before saving”What is this as there is no temp,ate available ?

Hi @Fearn7,

 

If you're using the mobile app for QuickBooks Online, I suggest you clear your app's data.

 

Here's how:

  • For Android: Go to the menu at the top right and choose Settings, then tap Refresh Data and hit Yes.
  • For iOS: Go to the menu at the top left and then choose Help Feedback, then tap Refresh Data and Refresh.

If the issue persists, open a browser on your mobile device and log in to your QuickBooks Online company. Check if you still get the error message.
