To begin, clear the app's data to resolve any common issues while working in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll help and walk you through the steps:

1. Go to the Menu ☰ and select Help & Feedback.
2. Click Refresh Data and then you'll see the following message: Caution. "If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes."
3. Press the Refresh button to confirm the action.

Next, create an estimate and select the tax rate, or add the product or services. If the issue persists, open QuickBooks in a browser and add the entry from there.
