When will hsbc kinetic be compatible with quickbooks

Let me help you connect your bank account, danieltrigden-sk

 

I appreciate you for contacting our support and performing the recommended troubleshooting steps. The HSBC Kinetic is available on QuickBooks Online iOS and Android devices. For more information, you can check out this article: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking. If you get the same result, close and restart the app. Then, refresh the app by going to your settings. There are two places to clear app data and remove cached data:

 

For the QuickBooks Online app:

  • iOS - Select the menu at the top left and then choose Help & Feedback. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.021

 

In your Phone Settings:

  • iOS - From your phone's settings, select Settings>General>iPhone Storage. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App. Then, power down and restart the phone. We can also uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

Once done, visit your bank's website and copy its URL. Then, paste it into the Connect an account window's search box for you to log in to your correct bank. To link your account to QuickBooks Online, just follow the steps below: 

1. Click Banking in the left panel and go to the Banking tab.

2. From the Banking page, click the Link account

3. Search for HSBC Bank and select one of the following:

I've checked our reports and the HSBC Kinetic is now available on Android devices only. For more information, check out this article: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking.

 

To do so, follow the step-by-step process below in linking your account to QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

1. Click Banking in the left panel and go to the Banking tab.

2. From the Banking page, click the Link account

3. Search for HSBC Bank and select one of the following:

4. Then, follow the on-screen instructions. 

 

If you're still unable to link your account, I'd recommend visiting your bank's website and copy its URL. Then, paste it in the Connect an account window's search box. This will let you log in to your correct bank. Once connected, it'll automatically download your most recent transactions. Hello, I try to do this on an Android device. However it says to continue I need to create a; 'quickbooks online company?" What is that?

Let's get this working and have your bank connected in QuickBooks. 

 

Sometimes, unusual behaviors can be caused by an outdated application or a corrupted file cache. Please make sure to check the latest update in Play Store. Then, open your QuickBooks Online app and try to connect your bank.

 

If it still says to create an account, you'll want to clear the app's cache. This helps remove the corrupted files cache and fix these kinds of errors. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Tap the QuickBooks Online app from the list
  3. Select Storage
  4. Tap Clear Cache.

After the steps, open the app and connect your account again.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Tap the menu ☰ icon.
  2. Go to Settings > Bank accounts.
  3. Select the Plus (+) icon.
  4. Search for your bank by name or URL.
  5. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  6. When you're ready, tap Sign-in.

Once your account is connect, you can start categorising and matching your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Hello LP111, HSBC Kinetic is still unavailable to connect to would have to csv your transactions in. This link shows which are compatible and which are not.

When is Kinetic going to be compatible HSBC tell me it Quickbooks fault and Quickbooks tell me it HSBC fault over 1 year and its not fixed come on

Hi everyone, 

HSBC Kinetic can now be connected on:

-  QuickBooks Online Mobile iOS and Android
-  QuickBooks Self-Employed iOS

If you use QuickBooks Self-Employed on Android, please check  Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking on when you can connect your bank feed.

Hope you are well? 

Tried it and It doesn’t work.
HSBC kinetic redirects you back to an Intuit url and the page never loads to finish the connection.

I advise contacting our customer support team if you're still having issues adding your HSBC Kinetic bank after following those instructions. They can assist you in resolving the issue by checking the account in a secure environment.

  

Here's how to reach them from the app:

 

  1. From the Menu ()tap the question mark icon at the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Click on the Help & Support under the Help & Feedback page.
  3. Tap on Contact us under Help & Support.
  4. Type -in a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with? window, then click on Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with support.

Let's manually upload those most recent bank transactions to QBO in the meanwhile. The transactions must be manually downloaded from the bank. Upload the file to your account after that. Here's more information about adding your transactions manually in QuickBooks Online (QBO): Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

 

After adding them, you can now match and categorise them to ensure your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I tried contacting support and they just sent me a link to check which bank accounts are supported and it does state "HSBC Kinetic" but yet when trying to make the connection through IOS mobile which it states to do so, it still doesn't work.
