Where do I find messages that I have been sent

Personalising emails in QuickBooks Online can be done by sending invoices. However, there aren't any historical reports of these messages.  

 

On the other note, I can route you to the default email template used for your sales forms:  

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. In the Sales section, click on Messages.

By adding your email address in the Copy (Cc) new invoices to address and Blind Copy (Bcc) new invoices to address boxes, you'll receive all personalised messages for every customer. It is one way of keeping emails.
