Whole history missing!

I have just logged in to my Quickbooks account for the first time since the Covid lockdown, and none of my history of transactions or receipts are on my account! I’m extremely alarmed at this as I need to file my tax return for this year to be eligible for the government grant!

Hello Chloe Smith,

 

Can you tell me the name of your bank provider? So, I can check on my end for any related investigation with your bank.

 

In the meantime, we'll have to manually update your bank connection. You can do that by clicking the Gear icon. Next, select Bank accounts. Then, click the Refresh all button.

 

If the transactions to be downloaded are beyond 90 days, we'll have to import them. I'll show you how:

 

  1. From the Gear icon.
  2. Select Imports.
  3. Select the account you want to add the transactions into.
  4. Select Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank.
  5. Select it and click Open.
  6. Review the column headers and data.
  7. Select Continue to complete the import.

 

Once done, review the imported transactions. Then, categorise them. Here's an article for more information:
