Why am I not able to download/update date from our company accounts to Quickbooks online.

It asks me to 'reconnect' ...which should only require me to do very 90 days.....but when I do it still does not download data

Which bank are you trying to update? Did you encounter any errors? If you have, the following articles list different bank error codes and detailed troubleshooting steps to resolve them:

 

In the meantime, let's perform a few manual updates. Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Banking.
  2. Choose Banking.
  3. Click on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks begins updating your account.

If you're still unable to download new transactions, as a workaround, you can manually bring in the transactions into your QuickBooks Online using a WebConnect file. You can get the detailed steps in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
