I cant connect to my checking account

I'd like to verify some information. Are you getting an error message after trying to connect the account? May I know what's the name of you bank? Is this the first time you are trying to connect an account in QuickBooks Self-Employed?

 

In the meantime, I'll share some troubleshooting steps that may help you connect the account. Let's start by opening an incognito or private browser. This mode won't save your browsing history.

 

You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Next, try to connect your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Finally restart your browser to update the settings. Alternatively, try using a different supported browser.
