Why do i keep getting a error message when trying to upload my company logo?

Great to see you in the Community, @pavloserghi-gmai. I'd be happy to help you upload your company logo in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You can clear your browser's cache to clear any data issues. You've also mentioned that there is an error message, I'd like to hear more about it so that I can narrow down the possible fix to the error. For now, let's perform the browser troubleshooting method. 

 

First, let's use an incognito browser and try to upload the Company Logo. If you're able to do that, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Alternatively, use another browser and do the process again.

 

Here are the shortcut keys of accessing different incognito browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Hold down + Option + P
