Why do the emails not open on apple phones for quick books self employed?

Just to confirm, are you referring to the email invoices sent to customers?

yes i am 

you can open them fine on an android phone but when you follow the link on an iphone it just says invoice unavailable

Thanks gpfabb. we're aware of an issue with this and we're tracking this on the following investigation - INV-61615 - Invoice unavailable when attempting to view invoice on iphone

 

We've linked you to this so that you'll receive an email notification once the issue is resolved, in the meantime, please have customers access using a desktop device 🙂
